Marcelo Roman, Chairman, leads IBM's global learning delivery outsourcing services. His responsibilities include delivering all training services for major customers that have outsourced their learning activities to IBM across 68 countries. Additionally, he has been leading a global workforce development initiative focused on addressing the IT skills shortage in the labor force. During his 25 years at IBM, Marcelo has held a number of sales and management positions in the hardware, software and services business segments. He has built a number of organizations including education consulting practice, emerging technology competency center, channel and business partner programs. He worked as Business Unit Executive of Finance Industry and software sales in the southeastern United States. His international career started in 1995 after being assigned as an Olympic Envoy to Spain for the 1996 Olympic Summer Games in Atlanta.

Born in Bolivia, South America, his family moved to the United States in 1974 where he finished high school, graduated from the University of New Mexico with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and continued his education while working for IBM at Wharton School of Business in 1989.

Tim Hamill recently retired from the IBM Corporation after a 30 year career spanning a number of roles and specialties. Most recently, Tim was responsible for worldwide marketing of IBM's training service line, including catalog and collateral development, direct and interactive marketing campaigns, and website development and promotion for it's on-line sales "engine". Prior to Tim's 12 plus years in the Marketing role, he led sales and business partner channel programs as well as education product development functions within IBM, as well as various sales management roles.

Tim and his wife, Karen, have 2 children - a daughter Courtney, recently married, and a son, Christopher, a senior in college.

Courtney Teague lives in Austell, GA and works a Certified Special Educator with Cobb County School District in Atlanta. She is a graduate of Troy University with a Masters in Public Administration. She obtained her BS Degree in Special Education from Alabama State University in Montgomery, AL. She has worked on a number of volunteer projects and has passion for supporting the community she lives in, most of them focused on people with disabilities.

Courtney is an active member of the following professional organizations: Pi Alpha Alpha Honor Society, National Dropout Prevention Network,, The American Society for Public Administration, Cobb County Education Association (area leader and event coordinator), Kappa Delta Pi International Honor Society for Educators (vice- president), Phi Delta Kappa International, and The Inner Circle Mentor Group (founder and program coordinator).

Rosemarie Garland-Thompson is Professor of Women's Studies at Emory University in Atlanta, Georgia. Her fields of study are feminist theory, American literature, and disability studies. Her scholarly and professional activities are devoted to developing the field of disability studies in the humanities and in women's studies.

She is the author of Staring: How We Look (Oxford UP, forthcoming 2008), Extraordinary Bodies: Figuring Physical Disability in American Literature and Culture (Columbia UP, 1997); editor of Freakery: Cultural Spectacles of the Extraordinary Body (NYU Press, 1996), and co-editor of Disability Studies: Enabling the Humanities (MLA Press, 2002). She is currently writing a book called Cure or Kill: The Cultural Logic of Euthanasia, which traces eugenic thought through American literature.

Ward Gass is a Georgia native and long time supporter of Full Radius Dance. Ward holds a BA in Computer Science and Management Information Systems from Georgia State University. During his career in Information Technologies he held technology positions for IBM, Randstad North America, and the Home Depot. He currently enjoys the occupation of Senior Project Manager for Balser Companies.

Passion for the mission and artistry of Full Radius Dance led him to apply for an active role with the company. During his tenure on the board, he has applied his energy, training, and project management experience to fill several roles. He thrives on fostering the talents of a diverse group to develop new ideas and accomplish goals.

Efrain Medina was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. He attended Citrus College, located in Los Angeles, pursuing a degree in Liberal Studies. During his time in Los Angeles, he was an active volunteer with Meals on Wheels, an organization that delivers meals to seniors who are homebound and adults with disabilities and/or serious illnesses. Efrain relocated to Atlanta, Georgia in January of 2000. His professional background is in Customer Service and Account Management, most recently at Display Industries in Norcross, GA.

Sandra Owen received a Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing (Florida State University, 1966); a Masters degree in Education (Georgia State University, 1981); and an ABD in Educational Psychology from Georgia State University. Ms. Owen is a Clinical Instructor in the Department of Kinesiology and Health at Georgia State University. She is a charter member of the Georgia Federation for Professional Health Educators. Ms. Owen has also held leadership positions on the Research Council, American School Health Association (secretary), and the Emory University Chapter of Sigma Theta Tau (president). In 2003, she was honored by the Georgia Association of Health, Physical Education, Recreation, and Dance as the "Health Educator of the Year (University-based)".
